Your Needle Felting Surface will last longer by following a few simple tips.
1) Try not to poke into the foam to much. Your Felting Needle only needs to get to the center of the piece you are needle felting. It should not go all the way though your piece into the foam. This is not always avoidable if you are Needle Felting very small or flat pieces.
2) Felt your piece over different places on your Felting Surface. This will help keep an even density over the surface of your foam.
3) Keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods of time. This can degrade the foam & cause it to break down quicker.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but I try my best to get them out within 3 days excluding Sundays & Holidays as the Post Office is closed.
Customs and import taxes

Lost or Stolen
Once your Order has been relinquished to the Post Office I no longer have control over ensuring it reaches it's destination. Although I am sympathetic, unfortunately I am not responsible for replacing or refunding any Orders that get lost in the mail, are stolen after delivery or are delivered to an address other than the one you provided that is printed on your Shipping Label.
