Please keep in mind that your Felting Needles are very sharp & may still puncture the leather if you are heavy handed. Always use caution when Needle Felting.

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but I try my best to get them out within 3 days excluding Sundays & Holidays as the Post Office is closed.

Lost or Stolen

Once your Order has been relinquished to the Post Office I no longer have control over ensuring it reaches it's destination. Although I am sympathetic, unfortunately I am not responsible for replacing or refunding any Orders that get lost in the mail, are stolen after delivery or are delivered to an address other than the one you provided that is printed on your Shipping Label.
